Reverse C. Leaf practically touches F. Nine triple leaves including a triplet at AM. Five berries on each branch. TA is above S-T(E). AMER touch with A tilted left, its right foot overlapping the left base of M. Tops of NE touch, N is above E-T, and tops of NT touch.

Die states: 1. Faint linear bulge from the rim to the cap and hair. Faint scaling from the toe of E to the middle of adjacent R. Other parallel and nearly parallel chips develop in the fields.

II. At least four sets of clash marks at S OF, from a partly rotated obverse. Later, a faint bulge develops between F and A.

Remarks: Probably 4,000 to 5,000 struck. The reverse is often weak.
