PCGS MEMBERS ONLY SHOW HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

If you will be joining us at one of our upcoming events, please take note of the following precautions we will be taking:

  • Temperature checks will be performed at the door.
  • All attendees, dealers, and employees must wear a mask at all times unless eating or drinking at one of the provided meal tables. Table holders may remove their masks to eat or drink while seated at their booth if there are no attendees at their table.
  • We have moved into a much larger room to allow for proper social distancing.
  • Attendees, dealers, and employees are expected to maintain social distancing guidelines of 6 feet.
  • Sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the meeting room.
  • Our buffet will now be served by a hotel staff member.
  • The room will be thoroughly sanitized at the conclusion of each day’s events.
  • Additional tables will be added to the front of each booth to allow for more spacing between table holders and attendees.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect the health of our attendees, dealers, and employees. Please follow all posted instructions while attending this event.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending the PCGS Members Only Show, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Please do your part to ensure your health and the health of all others involved in this event.
