Obverse 19. Wide date with 179 leaning right and a ''hyphen'' die chip between 7 and 9. Large rust spot in the field below the ribbon. Wide LIBERTY with L high.
Reverse P. Type of 1797, small fraction. Five berries in each branch. Leaf touches the left foot of final A. The fraction bar is pointed at its left end, the numerator is minutely left of center above the first 0, and 10 are very close. Bases of TAT are solidly joined.
Die states: Heavy clash marks before and behind the neck. Faint obverse crack from the rim to ER and later back to the rim.
