Die states: 1. As number 16, state m. Reverse has a single set of clash marks.
II. Reverse with double clash marks. Very faint crack through the tops of NIT. Another from the rim through ER to a leaf, in a straight line. m. Faint crack from the rim through right foot of (A)T, eventually extending to leaf tip.

IV. Central bulge, at first minor, eventually obliterates ONE CENT and the upper left wreath.
