Reverse Q. Type of 1795. Four berries left and five right. Three triplets on the left branch and two on the right, these flanking UN, D, C(E), ME, and CA. The single leaf below (N)T is diagnostic. Leaf almost touches the right foot of final A, as on reverses B, D, E, and F of the 1796
Liberty Caps, but no other dies. Bases of TAT and tops of NE are joined.
Die states: Obverse may show evidence of failing at ER.
