Obverse 5. Overdate, 1800/179. Lower edge of the crossbar of 7 is visible within the top of 8. Comer of the serif above 8 is microscopically visible at the right. Final o is high. Bases of IB are close together, BE and TV are farther apart than other letters, and TV are low.

Reverse I. Short fraction bar. The left upright of T(A) is rough. Berry below E(D) is stemless. Leaf pair right of (N)E is stemless.

Edge: Plain edge (PE).

Die states: I. No clash marks.

II. At least four sets of clash marks from the drapery below ES and o. A die scratch slants down from the rim to ES, touching the right top of E and top of the lower serif of s. Other parallel die scratches are fainter. Lump on middle of the left edge of c(A). Chips around AM are plainest below the right foot of A.

III. Cracked from the rim to E and the hair, at first faint Reverse ground down removing clash marks, die scratches, and most of the chips. Three new faint sets of clash marks at the right ribbon, stem, and lowest right leaves.
