The September 1953 issue of The Numismatistcarried this advertisement by Phillip Maul; Hudson, New York, for brilliant Uncirculated rolls of Morgan dollars (20 pieces per roll), a listingreflective of issues available in large quantities inthe hands of dealers at the time. Large quantities of Philadelphia Mint Morgan dollars were hitting the market at this time, and quite a few O-Mint pieces were coming out as well, the latter probably fromthe Treasury Building in Washington, D.C.
