In the January 1946 issue of The Numismatist, had this offering of Morgan dollars from Norman Shultz. "Marred in shipping" was longhand for "bagmarked." At the time, few dealers noted such differences in quality. Actually, he called nonmarred pieces "Unc, Unc." in many listings, which seems to be redundant. Is there a "non-Unc., Unc."?
