Breen (1988) has the Lilly coin coming from the Lee Collection
All known specimens are more or less uncirculated. The VF listing for the Farouk Sale is for the same coin that later appeared in the Clifford Smith Sale and the 1976 ANA Sale as uncirculated. (See 1827 for my comments on the Farouk Sale "cataloguing".) This overdate is a great rarity, every bit as rare, if not more so, than the famous 1815. At most 10-12 specimens are known today. There is also one specimen called "proof" in the famous Louis Eliasberg Collection.
