PCGS Set Registry Update
Canada celebrated its centennial, or 100th anniversary as a nation, in 1967. To commemorate this auspicious occasion, the Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) issued six different reverse designs for the standard circulation coinage. These designs were of various wildlife that can be seen in Canada roaming the lands or swimming in the water. One design that we have highlighted from this year is the rabbit. In 2017, the RCM issued a coin set to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the nation, and two versions were issued in silver. All coins are gilt, and the coin shown above is the 5 oz. version depicting the rabbit. This coin and five other designs are included in the following set titled Canadian Silver Commemorative 50th Anniversary 1967 Design 5 oz, Proof (2017) for members to consider building.
Additional sets from various countries have been added, so please feel free to browse the PCGS Set Registry when you have a chance and you may find there is a set for almost anyone to build. The PCGS Set Registry offers many different sets from all over the world and specialty sets for advanced collectors. We appreciate your continued patronage!
