The 1996-P Roosevelt Dime is really common. The Mint struck over 1.4 billion examples, making them very easy to find in circulation. They appear t be scarce only in MS67 with Full Bands or higher. In Ms68 with Full Bands there are very few graded examples, and very unlikely that any examples exist in MS69 Full Bands or higher.
