Jaime Hernandez:

The 1996-D Kennedy Half Dollar is a common issue and can be bought very inexpensively in circulated grades up to about MS66 condition. In MS67 it is a little tougher to find but for a small premium one can be purchased very easily. In MS68 condition they are scarce and command a much higher premium than MS67 coins of this date and mint mark. Anything grading higher than MS68 is almost unheard of and should definitely be submitted for grading if one is found.
