The 1990-P Roosevelt Dime is really common. Over 1 billion examples were struck, so finding one in circulation should be fairly easy. Only in MS67 condition or higher is it scarce. This issue was very poorly struck with Full Band details on the reverse. Therefore, any example displaying complete Full Bands on the reverse, is very scarce and difficult to find and should be set aside.
