The 1974-S Proof Eisenhower Dollar is one of the more common issues in the Proof Eisenhower Dollar series. It has a mintage of over 2.6 million so there are 3 other coins with a lower mintage which are the 1972-S Silver, 1973-S Silver and the 1974-S Silver, all these three coins have mintages under 2 million.

Most 1974-S Proof Eisenhower Dollar come in great quality ranging from PR67-PR68. Examples in PR69 are a little more difficult to find but still easily available for a small premium. Examples in perfect PR70 condition are unknown as PCGS has not graded any in PR70 DC condition.
