In 1999 the U.S. Mint struck clad and silver Proof Kennedy Half dollars. The 1999-S Proof Kennedy Silver Half Dollar is fairly easy to locate and sells for a small premium close to the spot price of silver. Examples up to PR69 Deep Cameo are easy to obtain. In perfect PR70 Deep Cameo they are considerably scarcer and worth a slightly higher premium.
