The U.S. Mint struck over 1.4 billion examples of the 2005-D Roosevelt Dimes for circulation. Examples in circulated grades up to about MS66 should be easy to find. In MS67 or higher they are much scarcer, especially with the Full Bands characteristics on the reverse design.
