In the year 2020, it costs the U.S. Mint 1.76 cents to produce each 2020-P and 2020-D Lincoln Cent for circulation. Despite the cent costing more to produce than it's intrinsic face value, the U.S. Mint still continued producing the Lincoln Cent for circulation the following year or in 2021. The Mint struck the 2020-P Lincoln Cents by the billions, so finding examples in Uncirculated condition should be fairly easy.
