The 2005-P Kennedy Half Dollar appears to be very underrated. Examples in MS66 condition and higher seem to be very difficult to obtain. Yet, when an MS66 example does surface they seem to go under the radar and sell at low prices compared to their scarcity. In MS67 condition and higher they hardly ever show up in the market and any example in MS67 or higher is a very scarce coin.
