Jaime Hernandez:

The 1999-P Half Dollar is easy to obtain in circulated grades up to about MS66 condition. In MS67 it is much harder to find but hundreds if not thousands of examples are still out there. In Ms68 condition it is scarce with a few dozen examples known. Anything grading higher than MS67 is almost non existent and if one is found or more they would be some of the finest examples in existence.
