Jaime Hernandez:

The 2017-W Burnished Uncirculated Silver Eagles were officially offered by the U.S mint on June 29, 2017. The issue price for each coin was set at $44.95 if purchased directly from the U.S. Mint. The coins are very similar to the regular Mint State Silver Eagles that were issued in 2017, however, the Burnished coins have a "W" mint mark and have a different finish. The bullion Mint State coins are sold to U.S. Mint Authorized Purchasers in bulk quantities, while the collector Burnish versions are offered directly to collectors by the U.S. Mint. Most 2017-W Burnished Silver Eagles came in nice quality ranging mostly from MS68-70 quality.
