2015-D 50C U.S. Marshals Service (Regular Strike)

The 2015-D Marshals Service Half Dollars were officially released on January 29, 2015. The issue price for each coin was set at $13.95 each and were offered directly to the public by the U.S. Mint. The Mint also struck Proof Half Dollars with the same design at the San Francisco Mint. The maximum authorized mintage between the Uncirculated and Proof Half Dollars was set at 750,000 for both coins combined.

2015-D Marshal Half Dollars were struck well and most examples range from about MS67 - MS69 condition. Nicer high end MS69 and MS70 examples were much more difficult to find.
