Jaime Hernandez:

The 2014-D Coin and Currency Set had a maximum mintage of 50,000 sets. They were first offered by the Mint on November 20, 2014 at an issue price of $13.95 for each set. The set contained a 2014-D Native American Dollar along with a 2013 Federal Reserve $1 Currency note. The Set came in a special cardboard laminated cardboard display case. Most coins came in very high quality ranging from about MS66 to MS69 condition. Examples in perfect MS70 condition were very hard to find but they do exist as PCGS has graded a few.
