The $100 2013-W Proof platinum Eagles went on sale on July 18, 2013. The original issue price for the coins was set at $1,800. each but prices fluctuated throughout the year depending on the spot price of platinum. Most coins came in nice quality of PR68 to PR69 condition. Some also came in PR70DC condition but far less than the PR69's.
