The 2012-W Frances Cleveland (second Term) are the last designs issued in 2012 for the Spouse Coin Program. The coins were struck in both Uncirculated and Proof format.
Obverse: The obverse features an image of Frances Cleveland. It has the inscriptions Frances Cleveland, In God We Trust, Liberty, 2012, and 22nd 1886-1889.
Reverse: Reverse of the coin features the working womens receptions that were usually held at the White House by Frances Cleveland.
