Jaime Hernandez:

The U.S. Mint officially released the 2011-P Presidential Dollars on Thursday, August 18, 2011. The Mint offered the coins in rolls containing 25 presidential Dollars each. Each roll either had 25 coins stuck at the Philadelphia Mint or 25 coins struck at the Denver Mint. Each 25 coin roll had an issue price of $39.95 each. And the two coin roll set had an issue price of $79.90.

Most 2011-P Rutherford Presidential Dollars were well struck with examples in MS66 and lower being abundant. In MS67 they required a lot more searching to find them but with enough searching examples in this condition were easily available. In MS68 condition they became very difficult to find, yet several dozen examples were submitted to PCGS, with no examples grading higher.
