Ron Guth:

Breen (1989) listed Proof examples of JR-8 and JR-13, however Davis et al (1984) were unable to confirm either one. Further, Davis et al did not list Proofs for any variety, raising doubts about the existence of any true Proof 1820 Dime.

PCGS has not certified any 1820 Dimes as Proofs. NGC has certified a single PR66 (JR-7 variety) and no others.
