The 1993-P Jefferson Nickel should be fairly easy to find in circulation, in rolls or in mint sets. The Mint struck over 400 million examples of this issue making it fairly common. In MS64 condition or lower it is very common in most grades.
In MS65 it's much tougher but available at a very small premium. In MS66 condition it starts to become scarce, especially with the Full Steps designation. In MS67 Full Steps it is very difficult to find and very scarce with few examples known. Anything grading higher is rare and definitely worth a large premium.
