The 2009-D American Samoa Quarter was the fourth Quarter released in the 2009 DC and U.S. Territories Quarter program. The coins were released on July 27, 2009. Examples are fairly easy to find up to about MS66 condition. In MS67 grade it is very unlikely to find one in circulation. More than likely any example grading MS67 or higher will be found in original sealed bags or rolls. Anything grading higher than MS67 is a condition census coin and should definitely be sent in to get graded.
