There were no 2009 $5 Proof Eagles produced this year.
The Mint was unable to keep up with the demand for bullion related products. Therefore, the Mint canceled the production of the $5, $10, $25 and $50 Proof Gold Eagles this year.
For Uncirculated Gold Eagles, the Mint canceled the production of the Uncirculated $50 Gold Eagles, and it only produced the $5, $10 and $25 coins.
