From 2005-2010 the U.S. Mint struck special coin sets which contained coins that had a Satin Finish. The coins were only sold to the public in special Mint Sets and did not go into circulation. The coins are also not proofs but the quality is definitely much better than that of circulation strike coins.
Most Satin Finish 2008-P Sacagawea Dollars were also struck in great quality ranging from about MS66--MS68 condition. Examples nicer than MS68 were considered scarce but still over 100 examples have been graded MS69 by PCGS but with no other better examples being known.
