The 2007-P Kennedy Half Dollar has a relatively low mintage in the series, as the coins did not go into circulation. Instead , the U.S. Mint sold the coins to the public at a small premium over the coins face value. Examples up to MS67 are very common. In MS68 condition they are scarce and anything grading higher than MS69 is an exception and they are very difficult to find in this grade.
