Inner top serif of N(T) is extended.

Die states: I. Perfect dies. McGirk 2A. Unconfirmed.

II. Faint cracks from stars 2, 3, and 4 to rim and through inner points of 10th and 11th (both often missed). Light clash marks from leaves before the face. Reverse clash marks left and right within the wreath.

III. Flow lines extend right stars to rim. Additional heavy clash marks right of (N)E and (N)T. Raised ridge along dentil tips below ATES OF. Smith (1985) state 2.

IV. Bulge develops from 81 to ribbon to 10th star. Very rare.

V. Cracked from 10th through 13th stars to rim below the date.

Remarks: On lighter strikings, leaf point at D is between positions PC and NR, leaf point at F is between positions C and SPC, and leaf point at c is between positions NC and C. Reverse border is normally strong above UNITED and weak above OF AM due to die misalignment.
