CAC. Although the obverse has a fair amount of chatter, there are no big hits and the strike is outstanding. The color is superb, with deep greenish-gold accented with lots of reddish tones around the devices and just the right amount of dirt on the high points. Purchased from Rich Stiles at the 2024 CSNS as a CAC-approved NGC AU55.
CAC. Wonderfully crusty coin with "The Fairmont Look." Sadly, the PCGS TrueView images are massively overexposed, underselling the outstanding color and patina. Although most of the coins in this set are graded higher, this is my favorite. Purchased from Apmex for a stupidly high price, but I was fairly confident it would sticker.
