As PCGS celebrates its 40th anniversary, the company continues unveiling new and exciting features to make the coin submission process easier and more intuitive than ever before. One of the latest upgrades involves new features and elements on the PCGS My Orders platform, a key element that customers use whether they submit their coins via postal mail, a drop-off submission event, or the recently launched version of the Online Submission Center.

“We’ve been investing time and resources into upgrading many elements of our user experience for customers,” said PCGS President Stephanie Sabin. “This is just the beginning of many different user experience enhancements our customers will be seeing in the months ahead. It’s also a continuation of innovative ways to make the online submission process even easier for those who have direct-submission privileges, including PCGS Collectors Club members and PCGS Authorized Dealers.”

Here are some of the major improvements PCGS customers will notice with the My Orders platform:

  • Online Submission Center draft submissions are now consolidated with both active and completed orders
  • Orders will now be available for viewing under three convenient tabs – Drafts, In Progress, Completed
  • Improved performance, including faster load times and better stability – meaning fewer crashes and error returns
  • A mobile-friendly design that makes it even easier than ever to use on smartphones and other mobile devices
  • New aesthetic updates that match the design and experience of the revamped Online Submission Center

PCGS is making these improvements in part because of user feedback – all of which matters to the company and is considered when planning what to improve and how to do so. The PCGS team encourages you to reach out with comments or feedback regarding the upgraded user experience on the My Orders platform as well as thoughts on other enhancements you might want to enjoy at PCGS in the futuroe.
