The 1896 Mint Set contains yet another in the string of rare "O" mint Dollars in high grade struck during the mid 1890s. In this case, PCGS has certified only three pieces above MS64, which for a Morgan Dollar, is almost unheard of. As far as the rest of the set goes, the mintmarked Barber silver coins will be tough, with the 1896-S Quarter proving to be toughest of all, even in low grade.
