The four-piece Mint Set for 1824 contains mostly scarcer dates in their respective series, but is by no means close to the excessive difficulty of the previous year's set. The Cent, Dime and Quarter all command prices well above the "type" price in medium and higher grades, but unless one is seeking exclusively Mint State coins, all can be located without too much difficulty.
