While this set is quite easy to complete, achieving a top rank is tough as competition is intense for the highest graded pieces. Only a few hundredths of a point separate the top sets. The 1934-D is the toughest coin in ultra--high grade; and as of this writing, PCGS has yet to certify an MS-67.
