The 2023-W Proof Silver Eagle was first offered by the U.S. Mint on March 02, 2023. The Mint issue price was set at $80 a coin. According to a Mint statement, the coins would be produced according to demand, meaning, there was no maximum mintage and customers would be able to order as many coins as they’d like.
