The 2023-P Bessie Coleman Circulation Strike Quarters were first offered by the U.S. Mint on February 14, 2023. Customers had three different options to order the coins.
One option was by purchasing two roll sets for $40 for the set. Each roll contained 40 quarters struck at the Philadelphia Mint and 40 quarters struck at the Denver Mint.
A second option was to purchase a three roll set for $60, where each roll contained 40 coins each from the Philadelphia Mint, Denver Mint and San Francisco Mint.
And a third option was to purchase a 100 coin bag for $45 containing either 100 Philadelphia or Denver Bessie Coleman quarters.
Most 2023-P Bessie Coleman Circulation Strike Quarters were well struck and examples in Uncirculated condition should be fairly easy to find. Only in MS66 and higher grades do they appear to be scarce.
