The 2020-P and D circulation strike Kennedy Half Dollars, officially went on sale at the United States Mint on June 01, 2020. The coins were offered in 2 - 20 - coin roll sets, with each roll containing 20 coins from the Philadelphia Mint and another 20 coins from the Denver Mint. The 2 coin roll sets had an issue price of $34.50. The coins also came in 200 - coin bags, each bag contained 100 coins from the Philadelphia Mint and 100 coins from the Denver Mint. The 200 coin bags had an issue price of $147.

Since 2002, the Kennedy Half Dollars have not entered into circulation, this includes the 2020 dated Kennedy Half Dollars.
