The 2017 Uncirculated Silver Eagles were only sold to U.S. Mint Authorized Purchasers directly from the United States Mint. The authorized purchasers then offer the coins to other dealers and the public. Most 2017 Uncirculated Silver Eagles came in very nice quality ranging from about MS69 to MS70. Examples up to MS70 are very affordable that most Silver Eagle collectors can afford to buy an example.
