The 2013-S Proof Cents all came in very nice quality. Only examples in PR70 are considered scarce. The coins came out in different Proof Sets throughout the year.

The Regular 2013 Proof Set which contained 14 clad coins was issued on March 20, 2013. The Set had an issue price of $31.95 if purchased directly at the U.S. Mint.
