The 2013-D Perry's Memorial National Park Quarter was officially released into circulation on April 01, 2013. It is also the second quarter design released in the year 2013. The Mint offered the coins in bags and rolls and in different combinations of rolls. Coins up to about MS66 condition are easy to obtain. In MS67 they become a little scarce but yet, still easily obtainable with enough searching through rolls or bags. In MS68 condition or higher they are scarce.
