Obverse: The obverse features an image of Frances Cleveland. It has the inscriptions Frances Cleveland, In God We Trust, Liberty, 2012, and 22nd 1886-1889.

Reverse: Reverse of the coin features the working womens receptions that were usually held at the White House by Frances Cleveland.
