In 2010 the Mint struck two versions of the 5 Ounce America the Beautiful Quarters, which are the Bullion version and the Collector version.

The Bullion version (no mint mark) was only sold to Mint Authorized Bullion Purchasers. These Bullion Purchasers then resold the coins to the public. The Collector version (Special Strikes) will have the P mint mark and also have a slightly different finish created by a special vapor blasting technique compared to the brilliant finish that's seen on the Bullion versions.

The 2010-P Collector versions will be offered to collectors directly by the U.S. Mint (unlike the Bullion versions which are only sold to Mint Authorized Purchasers).
Issue Date: The 2010-P Yellowstone 5 oz Collector versions were originally offered by the U.S. Mint on May 17, 2011. A one coin per household rule went into effect.
Issue Price: The price of each coin was set at $279.95 + $4.95 shipping.

Public Law: Issued under Public Law 110-456

Authorized Mintage: Maximum Authorized mintage was set at 27,000 coins for the Yellowstone design.

First Strike: Coins submitted to PCGS within the first 30 days of release qualify to receive a First Strike designation on the holder.
