2009-D 25C District of Columbia MS66 Certification #39125192, PCGS #406599

The obverse of the District of Columbia Quarters depicts George Washington's motif. The reverse of the coin features Duke Ellington, who was a very talented composer and musician. The Denver Mint struck more than enough examples to meet the demand, therefore, most collectors should have no trouble finding an example. Only in MS67 condition or higher do they appear to be scarce.
