The 2008-S Proof Silver Quarter was struck in really nice quality by the U.S. Mint. Most examples ranged in the PR68-PR69 Deep Cameo condition. Nicer perfect PR70 Deep Cameo examples were a little more difficult to find but with enough searching one can be found or purchased at a small premium over PR69 Deep Cameo prices.
