The 2008-P and 2008-D Kennedy Half Dollars are tied as being the lowest mintage Uncirculated Kennedy Half Dollars in the entire series. They even have a lower mintage than the 1970-D Uncirculated Kennedy Half Dollar, which for many years was considered the key date coin in the entire Uncirculated Kennedy Half Dollar series.
