The John Adams Missing Edge Lettering dollar is the second missing edge lettering coin found in the Presidential dollar series.

It is scarcer than the previously issued Missing Edge Washington dollar. PCGS has graded a total of just over 1,800 Missing Edge John Adams dollars with most of them being in the MS64 grade.

For the Washington Missing Edge Lettering dollars, PCGS has graded well over 20,000 coins for this variety. With over 10,000 coins being in the MS65 grade.
