The 2005 Uncirculated Silver Eagle has a mintage of 8,891,025 which is very close to the 2003 and 2004 Silver Eagle mintages. The 2005 Uncirculated Silver Eagle is fairly common and sells at a slight premium over the spot price of silver.
In MS69 they trade at a higher premium, as these are mostly nice examples without spots or major distractions. In perfect MS70 condition they are tougher to locate but enough examples exist in this condition that most serious collectors can easily afford one.
